Artichoke Muffuletta

Put a fun twist to your traditional sandwich by adding a little spice and a lot of flavor with this amazing artichoke spread.

ingredients:
- 1 jar of Cara Mia Grilled Artichokes
- 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 6 STAR Hot Pepper Stuffed Green Olives
- 6 oz. salami
- 4 oz. arugula
- 2 oz. provolone cheese
- 1-2 hoagie rolls
directions:
- Place artichokes along with olives and fresh garlic in a blender or food processor and give a quick blitz.
- Add mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, blend till all ingredients are mixed well.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Toast the hoagie roll and start to build your sandwich.
- Start with the cheese, next place the salami, and generously spread the artichoke mixture on top.
- Lastly, add the arugula.
