artichoke & sun dried tomato dip
This delectable dip is ready in a flash and can be made ahead of time. It goes great with chips, crackers, vegetables or bread.
ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Cara Mia Marinated Artichokes, drained
- 1/4 cup Cara Mia Sun Dried Tomatoes, drained
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- hot pepper sauce to taste (optional)
directions:
- In a food processor, mix all the ingredients together.
- Process until well-blended.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
