Ingredients
• 2 cans (5-ounces each) albacore tuna in water, drained and chopped
• ¼ cup basil pesto
• ⅓ cup Cara Mia Sun Dried Tomatoes
• ¼ cup plain nonfat yogurt
• 1 tablespoon STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
• whole wheat pita pockets, optional
Instructions
1. Combine the tuna, basil, and sun-dried tomatoes in a salad bowl; mix until thoroughly incorporated.
2. Stir in yogurt until well combined.
